The Art of John Hartt

“Making Friends” will be touring the DMV through May 2024. Making Friends is a collection of character-driven art from the studio of Jortt. Immerse yourself in Jortt’s art that brings to life those strange notions ambling around his head. Encounter food that stares back at you and skulls that tell tales. Known for his offbeat subject and his technicolor use of paints, Jortt invites us to perceive everyday objects through his unique eye-catching lens.

• 20-30 pieces ranging in size from 10” x 10” to 48” x 48”
• Price range $450 – $2500
• Limited edition prints, tee shirts and tchotchkes for sale.
  Proposed exhibition dates. Late 2024 preferred, but really anything works
• Special exhibition needs. Possibly small colored led lights.
• Exhibition goals.I’ve been working as a professional artist for around eight years, and have been concentrating in the Manassas/Prince William area of Virginia. My goal is to broaden my audience outside my established area.
